Dallas Mavericks Bounce Back in Game 3 of NBA Finals

Celtics Hold 2-1 Lead Despite Dallas Victory

Mavs Capitalize on Porzingis Absence, Win 119-108

In a thrilling Game 3 of the NBA Finals, the Dallas Mavericks finally got on the board against the Boston Celtics, winning 119-108. The Celtics entered the game with a 2-0 lead, but the Mavericks rallied without injured big man Kristaps Porzingis.

The Celtics started the game strong, shooting 15-of-40 from three-point range, almost as many as the Mavericks had missed (18). However, the Mavericks chipped away at the lead, and midway through the third quarter, they were within two points.

Coach Kidd called a timeout and made some key adjustments. The Mavericks went on a run, and with eight minutes left in the game, they had a 69-63 lead. The Celtics never recovered, and the Mavericks cruised to a 119-108 victory.
